Hey All!

This week was super good. I had a leadrship training in Natal this week. While there I got to meet up with some old friends; Elder Ferreira, and a few others. At the end of the training President invited me to share my last testimony in the mission. It's getting really real now. I'm starting to realize that my mission is really going to end, and I'm going to come home. I feel like the mission has gone by so fast, and I'm going to really miss the work I do here.

I feel like I've fulfilled the goals and expectations I had before I came on the mission. I imagined a lot of people slamming the door in my face, and throwing water and spitting, but none of that happened here in Brazil. The people her are way nicer than that. People told me I'd get assaulted, and would probably get sick with the water, maybe I'd get bit by dogs. Up until this week, I just hadn't been bit by a dog yet, but I finally got my chance on Saturday. When we visted an investigator, she had a big dog that bit my leg :P He didn't break my skin, but I had some teeth shaped bruises for a few days. the dog bit another member on the stomach, and he bled a little bit. I guess I should be a little more careful from now on when I enter peoples houses who have guard dogs that arent chained up.. I'm fine now though :)

I'm glad to hear that Mom Tammy found a place to live now, and that Benjamin survived the MTC. I can't wait to hear how Boston is. I bet the missionaries there have cars and cell phones and bikes. A mission isn't a mission when you don't have to walk to your appointments.. Amber should know.

Tomorrow we'll have a training with the area 70, Elder Masagardi. I don't know how to spell his name.. but I'm pretty excited.

I can't think of anything else thats going on. Elder Dantas and I are getting along great. I'll try to take some pictures with him soon and send them to you guys.
